◎简 介
三位发小时隔20多年后在一场葬礼上相遇，此时他们的人生正值重要关口，境况窘迫。
甄开放（蒋欣 饰）发现丈夫宋明远（邵汶 饰）另有新欢，毅然决定离婚，然而又因与外包购物节目公司副总在理念上不合，丢了购物台编导的工作，只好开起专车。她将父亲甄建国（刘佩琦）从古城接回，带着3岁大的女儿生活。
欧阳严严（郭京飞 饰）是北京某医疗器械公司的销售总监，年薪百万，家庭美满。当他心心念念想打败的竞争对手因劳累过度命悬一线时，欧阳严严重新开始思考“成功”的定义。他提出了辞职，而身为护士长的妻子赵雅茹（钱芳 饰）完全不能理解，家庭发生了巨变。
萧晴（刘孜 饰）是航空公司的乘务长，丈夫袁磊（那家威 饰）是剧组的武指，聚少离多的两人犹如丧偶式婚姻，而长期与姥姥姥爷生活的女儿萧春泥（徐沐婵 饰）也成了典型的“留守儿童”。这天她听到一个噩耗——春泥竟然从大学退学了；
三人因为生活的突变，渐渐聚集在一起。
民航机长司问渠（李光洁 饰）技术过硬，帅气多金，却因原生家庭的状况在他内心留下了深刻阴影，对婚姻存有畏惧。因一次意外结识风风火火的甄开放，他就此卷入三个发小的纠葛。
甄开放开专车的历练使她对以前电视台的职业生涯进行了重新思考，而她与司问渠这个不婚主义者擦出的火花在延续中也遇到了重重困难；欧阳严严短暂休整后开始重新创业，却发现了“职场精英”和创业者的界定是如此不同；萧晴一生为了女儿打拼，灰头土脸，可是女儿的所作所为却证明她的用心良苦都是错误。
三位发小和司问渠不期然的生活开始交织。他们回望过去，重拾温暖。
